Shipping Information

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Important: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 consecutive days after you have received your order, but ONLY if the product has a manufacturing defect or is defective.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must have a clear manufacturing defect or be defective
  • You must contact us within 14 consecutive days of receiving your order
  • The item must be in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Products must not show signs of normal wear or damage caused by misuse

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Products without manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear
  • Products returned after the 14-day period
  • Items without original packaging or accessories

How to Initiate a Return

If you believe your product is defective or has a manufacturing defect:

  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the defect
  3. Include photos of the defective product if possible
  4. Our team will review your case and provide return instructions if approved

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to manufacturing defects, AUVIX will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If the return is not approved as a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
